Lim has a strong grasp of the technical fundamentals of electrical and controls design, a systematic approach to project management and execution, and sophisticated skills that complement his natural leadership qualities. He founded and is chairperson of LEE + RO’s Professional Development Committee, which is amplifying the potential of the company’s aspiring professionals and nurturing their education and intellectual collaboration.

Lim received his B.S. in electrical engineering from California State University, Fullerton, and an MBA from California Baptist University. He holds a registered license as a professional engineer (Electrical) in California.
