Our focus, as a company and as people, is on ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of our employees, families, clients and partners, as well as the communities we serve. Because of the dedication and selfless efforts of everyone at LEE + RO, we’ve continued our operations with minimal interruption. As a team, we’ve adapted our approach to the challenges of the situation. We’ve leveraged existing and new technologies to ensure continuous communications and workflow while also pooling the resources of our partners to ensure that clean, reliable, and safe water can be delivered throughout California.
We’ve adjusted our work practices and procedures to the current conditions and are following the safety and prevention guidance published by the World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and local California government agencies. We follow all client safety protocols when visiting a job site.
With our robust IT systems, we quickly established a statewide remote work model and policies to ensure that everyone – from employees to clients and partners – stays connected seamlessly. As the situation changes from county to county, we’re also set to implement new office layouts that accommodate social distancing and flexible work schedules.
At LEE + RO, we recognize that our work as water infrastructure designers and engineers is essential to the future of our communities, ensuring that they’ll be able to thrive for generations. Yes, this crisis is unprecedented, but our commitment to step up to meet this moment is anything but. As always, we will pursue bold solutions and innovative ways to overcome any challenge, all in service to our commitment to creating an even stronger and more resilient California.
