Annual Sewer Repair and Replacement at Archer Street
The Jurupa Community Services District (JSCD) has contracted LEE + RO to provide Construction Management Services (CMS) for their annual Sewer Repair and Replacement Project at Archer Street, located in a residential neighborhood.
LEE + RO is working with JSCD staff and the design engineers to implement relevant policies and procedures, observing and monitoring the work in progress and the quality of constructed work in place. The work is monitored and evaluated against the approved project plans, schedule, and budget.
Contractor services consist of furnishing, installing, testing, and making operational approximately 5,800 L.F. of 8-inch diameter SDR-35 PVC sewer line, 3,100 L.F. of 10-inch diameter SDR-35 PVC sewer line, 1040 L.F. of 12-inch diameter SDR-35 PVC sewer line, including but not limited to all associated sewer appurtenances, removing and replacing existing sewer manholes and making sewer lateral connections and, 4,850 LF of 8-inch diameter PVC water main including all water appurtenances blow-offs, air valves, fire hydrants, isolation valves, and water service meters and meter boxes.
The project also consists of refurbishing 18 fire hydrants, making all connections to existing waterlines, all appurtenances, and all associated paving, trenching, and surface restoration; abandonment of existing water lines, installation of new water service and meter box; import materials; excavation, backfilling, compaction, paving, traffic control and all other work and materials to complete the contract work.
