What are you thirsting for?

Projects that test your limits?
Colleagues that inspire and support your growth?
Work that makes life better for your fellow Californians?

You’ll find it here. And along with it, you’ll find that, as you continue to challenge yourself, expand yourself, and deepen your connections to the people and places you serve, what once was a career will become a calling.

We have all come to LEE + RO from different backgrounds, and for different reasons. But we stay here for the same ones:

More growth.

As a medium-sized firm, there is room here to spread your wings, to innovate and explore new ideas, and to take on responsibilities that propel you to learn, grow and lead.

More flexibility.

A change of scenery can provide a whole new perspective. So we offer a hybrid work-week environment of 3 days in the office and 2 days from the home at all locations.

More support.

LEE + RO offers the opportunity to be mentored by some of the industry’s top talent, while also being a mentor to junior engineers — deepening your expertise by sharing it.

More human.

You see it in the way we cheer each other’s successes, share in each other’s challenges and contribute to each other’s advancement: We are people first, engineers second.

Do more of what matters

Youʻre not here to satisfy some predetermined checklist of what success looks like. You’ve done that. Now you want more. Because work can and should mean something. It should push the boundaries of your skills, thinking and potential, and expand your impact on the world.

This is that kind of work. And it needs people who won’t be satisfied with less.
