The Mastermind Series

As stewards of California’s water systems, we share so many challenges …
why aren’t we sharing ideas?

That’s the question that got this whole Mastermind Series rolling. If 2020 proved anything, it’s that we can’t afford to wait for the future to happen to us: we have to direct it, shape it, create it ourselves. Together. Today.

This series is designed to put some of the industry’s most pressing issues in front of its most innovative thinkers, so we can all forge smarter, more sustainable paths to our communities’ water security, resilience and wellbeing.

The Format:

The urgency and magnitude of the challenges we’re facing demand that we gather the brightest minds, forward thinkers and key players in our industry (and others) to brainstorm, poke holes in and optimize our strategies. To that end, the format for this virtual Mastermind Series will include:

• 90-minute discussions: The moderator will begin each session with a loose agenda, but we expect the conversations to unfold organically.
• Expert panelists: Each session will have a curated panel of 4-6 experts (including the moderator) chosen for their experience, research, and leadership on the topics at hand.
• Great minds: The guest list has been curated, too, so all attendees will be experienced industry professionals who bring unique perspectives, insights, and ideas that need to be heard, now more than ever.
• In-meeting chat: This feature will enable attendees to comment and pose questions during the session, some of which the moderator may bring into the live discussion.
