& RO, Inc. is a full service water, wastewater, public
works, and environmental infrastructure (“EnviroStructure™”)
engineering firm providing value-based solutions for the
environmental challenges created by rapid growth. Established
in 1979 by two entrepreneurial engineers, M. Steve Ro and Donald
R. Lee, the firm has been serving the public and private sectors
for over a quarter century, under the founding principle of
putting “our clients needs first.”
LEE & RO constantly seeks the cost-effective,
practical, and long-term solutions and tailor our services to
meet the unique requirements of each and every client. Our
unwavering approach and commitment to quality service has served
us well – over 90 percent of our business is generated from
our existing, repeat clients.
