We are looking for the right talent for the following positions.

Construction Management (CM) Group Manager
Location: City of Industry (Los Angeles Headquarters)

Applicant should possess 15 to 25 years of construction management, constructability review, scheduling, claim management, business development, and resident engineering experience with public works and institutional construction projects, especially with water and wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, reservoirs, pipelines, and public facility projects, preferably with U.S. consulting or engineering firms.  We are looking for an entrepreneurial oriented manager who can lead our newly-formed Construction Management (CM) group.  Applicants must possess good written and verbal communication and business development skills.  Experience and working knowledge of scheduling and cost estimating software are a big plus.  Position requires BS or MS in engineering and California P.E. registration. Selected applicant will be entitled to participate in the firm ownership program.
 

San Diego Branch Office Manager
Locations: San Diego

Applicants should possess 10 to 20 years of engineering, project management, business development and construction management experience with U. S. consulting or engineering firms in municipal wastewater and water treatment, pumping station, pipeline, water resources, and other municipal infrastructure and public works projects.  Municipal water and wastewater systems engineering and construction experience is most desired.  We are most interested in a dynamic individual with entrepreneurial spirit.  Applicants must have good people and communication skills, as well as client management, marketing, and project management skills.  Candidates must have BS or higher degree in civil, sanitary, environmental, or other relevant engineering.  California P.E. registration is highly desirable.  Responsibilities will include business development and branch office development in addition to project management and engineering.  Selected applicant will be entitled to participate in the firm's ownership program. 

Senior Sanitary/Process Engineers (Project Managers)
Locations: City of Industry (Los Angeles Headquarters), San Diego , and Walnut Creek

Applicants should possess 10 to 25 years of planning, process analysis & engineering, feasibility or engineering studies, concept and final design, project management, and construction management experience with U. S. consulting or engineering firms in municipal water, wastewater, recycled water, and stormwater fields.   Municipal water and wastewater systems process engineering and construction experience is most desired.  Applicants must have good written and verbal communication skills, as well as client management and project management skills.  Candidates must have BS, MS, or PhD in civil, sanitary, environmental, or chemical engineering.  California P.E. registration is highly desirable.  Responsibilities will include process analysis and engineering, preparation of engineering/design reports, preparation of plans and specifications, cost estimation, project management, construction management, and business development.  This is a potential firm ownership position.
 

Senior Sewer/Pipeline Engineer
Location: City of Industry (Los Angeles Headquarters)

This position requires BS or higher degree in civil or related engineering field with 10 to 25 years of preferably large diameter pipeline (sewers ranging in size from 36- to 120-inch in diameter) engineering and construction experience including trench-less construction and tunneling.  Engineering and construction experience in rehabilitation (slip-lining, CIPP, etc.) of large sewers rehabilitation engineering will be a big plus.  California P.E. registration is preferred but not mandatory.  Experience with large diameter water transmission pipelines and wastewater force main experience will be highly considered.  Primary responsibilities, depending on applicants’ qualifications, will be engineering analysis and design; preparation of engineering reports, water distribution and wastewater collection system modeling and master planning, preliminary design, final design, cost estimates, specifications; construction support services such as shop drawing review; resident engineering, construction management, and project management.
 

Senior CAD Mechanical/Piping Designer
Location: City of Industry (Los Angeles Headquarters)

Position requires 7 to 20 years of piping and mechanical systems design and drafting experience using recent versions of MicroStation (MS) Intergraph and/or AutoCAD software.  Desire experience with U. S. consulting design and engineering firms specializing in municipal water and wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, central plant, petrochemical, power plant, and other mechanical and piping systems utilizing pumps, compressors, and other similar plant equipment.  Desire a self-starter capable of laying out plans, sections, details, and isometrics.  Position requires good communication and mentoring skills and the ability to coordinate drawing production with other disciplines, such as electrical and structural designers.
