Design-Build can be an attractive option to deliver construction projects more economically and faster.  

 

As the design-builder, LEE & RO, Inc. provides D-B projects for selected clients. LEE & RO, Inc. holds a California Class A (HAZ) Engineering Contractor license and our current construction bonding capacity is approximately $15 million. The D-B projects that we have successfully completed include:

 

  • $4.5 million, 1.4 million gallons/day (mgd) capacity industrial waste treatment plant for Domex Electronics Complex in Mexicali , Mexico

  • $2.3 million, 0.12 mgd capacity wastewater treatment plant for the Edwards Air Force Base (Phillips Research Laboratory), Palmdale

  • $1.5 million underground storage tank replacement project for Los Angeles County

  • $6 million environmental site remediation projects at Luke, Travis, Vandenberg, and Edwards Air Force Bases
